Changing Password = Very Dificult, confus and impossible process :( - Guild Wars Forums

Hi everyone,

i have trying to change my game password ou my e-mail adress, but i can't do it, because the process is very dificult, confusing and impossible to do.

I Ask, why we can't change the password in game?
it make the things mutch more easier.

Why we can't edit our account in game?

ANet (or PlayNC) guys, wake up. Ally the security with the simplicity, make the things easier
